The company not only took part in promoting Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, but also made a profit itself.

Corporate structure and leadership:

The corporate structure is decentralized and includes various subsidiaries and business divisions that operate independently, but under the control of the parent company, Globus Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

The Globus Group is led by an advisory board and a management board. Matthias Bruch is the CEO of the Globus Group and is actively pursuing business in Russia despite existing sanctions.

The advisory board makes the strategic decisions, while the management is responsible for the operational implementation. The company is organized rather decentrally, which means that the subsidiaries work relatively independently in their respective areas, but always under the central control of the holding company.
